Jessica Feranec, MD, FACOG, URPS, is a double-board certified leading consultant surgeon and Chief of Surgery at the Orlando VA Health Care System. With two decades of experience, she specializes in minimally invasive, urogynecology and female reconstructive surgery, driving advancements in pelvic health. Over the past 10 years, Dr. Feranec has spearheaded the transformation of the Orlando VA surgical program, significantly expanding its volume, complexity, and integrating cutting-edge technologies. Her expertise in minimally invasive surgery, robotics, and advanced vaginal and laparoscopic techniques positions her at the forefront of surgical innovation. Beyond her surgical expertise, Dr. Feranec is a dedicated educator and national leader. She serves as Associate Professor for the Ob/Gyn UCF/Osceola residency program, Assistant Program Director for the AAGL minimally invasive surgery fellowship at the Orlando VA, and Senior Pelvic Floor Disorder Expert for the VA Central Office, shaping the future of women's healthcare on a national scale.
