Jane Lo is the co-founder of p!ng, an autonomous coffee shop drive-thru reimagining the way we get our caffeine fix. By leveraging automation and physical AI, p!ng delivers personalized beverages with speed and convenience, perfect for life on the go. With a keen focus on creating cutting-edge customer-facing experiences, Jane serves as the voice of the customer, shaping product development to meet evolving needs. A Bay Area native, Jane began her career in healthcare consulting before transitioning into product and brand marketing at consumer brands like SharkNinja and Samsonite. She discovered her passion for Customer Experience at Forrester, where she led a team of analysts in leveraging CX metrics to help Fortune 500 companies design and refine impactful customer journeys. Jane holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and dual degrees in Molecular & Cell Biology and English from UC Berkeley.
