Dr Curial is a practicing emergency medicine physician, clinical professor, and founder of MACH32. MACH32 stops patients from bleeding to death - bleeding from traumatic injuries like car accidents, postpartum hemorrhage, or battlefield injuries. Traumatic injuries are responsible for 9% of worldwide deaths... more than HIV, tuberculosis and malaria combined. We are repurposing a clinically proven medication that decreases the risk of death due to bleeding by ~30% and making it simple to deliver with a drug delivery platform for first responders, civilians, and military use.
