Ruslana Dovzhyk is the Founder and CEO of TechNovator, a company revolutionizing healthcare through pioneering wireless charging solutions powered by quantum technology. With a background in organizational management and entrepreneurship, Ruslana transitioned from HR leadership to technology development, driven by her passion for innovation. Before founding TechNovator, she managed large teams across various industries, witnessing firsthand how technology could drive efficiencies. In 2015, she launched TechNovator to revolutionize medical device power solutions, enhancing efficiency, reliability, and accessibility. TechNovator is currently mentored by MITRE and yaxxoo as part of the MassRobotics Healthcare Robotics Startup Catalyst Program, which has accelerated the company’s growth. Under Ruslana’s leadership, TechNovator continues to drive innovation in medical device charging, supporting the digital transformation of healthcare technologies.
