A recognized thought leader in digital care and rehabilitation, he frequently speaks at industry conferences on mobility assessment, remote care, and value-based healthcare. Pat’s career spans health systems, health plans, medical devices, and digital health startups, where he has led large-scale rehabilitation services, pioneered virtual care solutions, and driven AI-driven care models. A physical therapist by training (Boston University) with an MBA (University of St. Thomas), he has also contributed to clinical research, NSF grants, and industry innovation programs. Based in Minneapolis, Pat is an endurance athlete, outdoor enthusiast, and enjoys time with his family and dog, Maizy.
