Scott Crosson

Scott Crosson is a Director in IPM's Boston office, where he leads a team of project management consultants dedicated to helping Life Science companies achieve their complex and critical initiatives. He has over 12 years of experience supporting the Life Sciences industry, including leading medical device new product introductions, manufacturing operations, portfolio management implementations; and directing pharmaceutical business process improvements, a Project Management Office (PMO), and regulatory submissions in the US and EU. Scott’s expertise also extends to business development, account management, and leading high-performing teams. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management from Clarkson University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) Scrum Master, and Six Sigma Black Belt.
